"The Walking Dead" Town for $680,000
K9chabe via eBay offers nine buildings in downtown Grantville, Georgia for $680,000. The area was featured on AMC's The Walking Dead in the season three episode "Clear" as well as in films like Lawless and Dumb and Dumber To. Even better, three more movies have signed up to film in the area in the future, including a sequel to The Ring. The 34,000 square feet of real estate, being sold by the former mayor of Grantville, includes retail and office space, loft apartments, bars and restaurants, and a pharmacy. It is currently receiving $6,500 a month in rentals with less than half occupancy. Note that it has an annual property tax of about $4,524. Deal ends March 26.
